And this is why right from our childhood we are taught about keeping healthy habits. Women may get so caught up in their professional and personal life that they pay little attention to their health and  habits.

When it comes to women, most of them are occupied doing household chores in the morning.  This often leads to missing their breakfast or not having a proper nutritious breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal. To have a healthy life, you must have the habit of eating a healthy breakfast.This will keep you going all day.

2. Stay hydrated:

We all know that water is the holy grail. Want moisturised skin, healthy hair and a fit body ? Everything is possible with a hydrated body. Yet we don't drink enough water. Water helps your body to maintain normal body temperature, get rid of toxins, protects the tissues and joints and performs hundreds of different functions. Dehydration can lead to many health issues and can be fatal in long term. Keep a habit of drinking water.

Stretch, do yoga, go for a walk or hit the gym. You can walk at least 10,000 steps daily at a fast pace. Do whatever you like and enjoy but, stay active and keep that muscle working. It can help you in the long term. Staying active gives you healthy skin, hair and body.

4. Make time for yourself:

Never ignore the 'Me Time'. Do whatever you makes you calm and happy. Every day for an hour do something that you love. Something that makes you forget about time and your phone. Dance, paint, go for a walk, go to the parlour, do skin and hair care or go out for a lunch. This will help you to understand yourself and your hobbies. This will help you stay positive and mentally fit.

5.Never mess with the sleep cycle:

No matter the amount of work you have, to stay productive, you need to rest. Sleep deprivation can cause tiredness, lack of concentration, mood swings , memory problems etc. Fix your sleep schedule and get adequate amount of sleep for a healthy mind and body.

Working on yourself is not selfish .It's self love :)
