Avoid these things during your pregnancy !

Pregnancy is a beautiful phase but all the mixed information coming from relatives, friends and the social media can confuse you to what to include and what to avoid. Here are certain things that you should definitely avoid during pregnancy :

1. Carrying heavyweights: Carrying heavyweights in your third trimester, can cause premature delivery which is unsafe for the baby and the mother. 

2. Alcohol and smoking: Alcohol and smoking are highly associated with causing negative health effects, birth defects or premature delivery.

3. Not wearing a seat belt : Safety comes first so never miss putting on seat belts. It doesn't harm your baby, in fact, protects you and the baby.

4. Having bad posture: It can lead to body pain, especially in areas like the back, pelvic and hip.

5. Wearing heels: Wearing heels can be risky during pregnancy. If you lose your balance and fall , it can be dangerous for you and the baby.

6. Raw seafood and Eggs: Sushi or raw seafood can be contaminated with bacterias and parasites which can become fatal for you and your baby. Stay away from undercooked meat too!

7. Watching negative content: Watching horror movies and negative stressful content can mentally affect you and the baby by increasing the stress level. So, avoid watching content that stresses you.

8. Bending too often: Bending can cause pressure in your belly.

9. Medications: Do not take any medication without consulting your doctor.

10. Eating junk and processed food: Satisfying your cravings is fine but you must be aware of the fact that too much of anything is bad. Junks and processed food are never a good option, try out for healthy alternatives.
