We pick a pessimistic approach every time any health related issue is raised. We fail to learn about what a good health looks like. Here are the signs which are the indicators of healthy breasts:-

  • Clear and good skin indicates healthy breasts. The skin around your breasts should be smooth, with no unusual bumps, no rashes or redness. Clean and hygienic breasts are the healthy breasts. Bumps and birthmarks are not a not a problem. Sudden changes in the skin or its colour should immediately be reported to the health specialist.
  • Lumps are thought to be one of the top contenders of breast cancer. Though they are completely normal, it is advisable to get yourself checked if there is a sudden appearance of a new breast lump. If there are same bumps on both breasts from a long time there they are normal.

  • The only thing that normal nipples produce is milk when the female is breastfeeding and the nipples of a female who is not in her lactation phase should not produce anything. If anything comes out then it is absolutely unnatural and may be a symptom of a breast related disease. In that case, immediate medical help is a must.
  • A healthy body has good blood circulation which keeps the temperature of the whole body consistent including the breasts. Breasts should be  naturally warm just like the other parts of the body. Unnatural changes in the temperature of the breasts can be a sign of an Infection or disease.
  • Breast soreness is normally experienced by some females before or during periods so there is nothing to worry about. But if sudden pain, hurt or irritation is experienced in the breasts then they should be tested.

When to see a doctor:
