Do you find yourself tired every other day and can't find a reason for it? You didn’t do any heavy physical activity and were just lying down still you have no energy left and it's making you feel drained. This can be because of one or more of the following reasons:
1. Stress : Whenever you are stressed out, you may not be doing any physical activity but your brain is working and releasing the stress hormones which will make you feel mentally and physically exhausted. To deal with this stress, energy is used up. So it's better to not stress much as it indirectly drains out all your energy.
2. Sleeping late : Most of you may have already experienced this, if you sleep late at night and even if you wake up late you feel sleepy and tired. Even if you get 8 hours of sleep or more, you won't feel it to be enough. This is because your body has a cycle and it has a proper time to shut down. Now hampering this cycle makes the body drain its energy required for the normal activities taking place inside the body.
3. Poor diet : Intake of junk and unhealthy food, demands a higher amount of energy required to digest and process the food. So a lot of energy is used up in digestion and along with this there’s an added disadvantage that this kind of food lacks nutrients.
4. Overthinking : Overthinking is related to stress. With overthinking comes an endless chain of thoughts. Overthinking brings you mental stress which again drains your energy.
5. Inadequate physical activity: Having no or less physical activity can make you feel tired and fatigued. By doing exercise , yoga or meditation you can keep your mind and body healthy and fit.
