Don't worry , the process is easy and it is something you can definitely include in your morning ritual.Also, some people don’t like eating fruits but by making smoothies, you can sneak fruits into your breakfast and get all the healthy nutrition in a tasty way.
1. Green smoothie
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 bowl with chopped cucumber, spinach, apple, kiwi and pineapple
- 1 glass of Milk
- Some ice (optional)
Add all these to a blender and blend them nicely and your green smoothie is ready.
2. Peanut Butter smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 bowl of Strawberries, blueberries
- 2 spoons of peanut butter
- 1 glass of milk
- Ice (optional)

3. Creamy berry smoothie
- Blackberries / Strawberries/blueberries
- Some yoghurt
- A bowl of pomegranate and blueberries
- 1 glass of milk
- Some ice (optional)
