1. Stale food should be avoided. Any food that is being cooked 24 hours is considered stale. So if you cook something in the morning you can have it till evening but the next morning it will be considered stale.
2. Food containing excess sugar: Eating too much sugar can cause many health issues like weight gain, heart problems, dental caries and more.
3. Packet food and ready to eat food usually contain colour, artificial flavours and preservatives making them unhealthy. Instead, switch to natural and fresh food.
4. White food like excess salt, sugar, and refined products, should be avoided. People usually tend to start their day with this white food but they are very unhealthy. You can replace sugar with jaggery and sugar rock. Replace salt with rock salt. Try to switch to a healthy alternative.
5. Alcohol and other addictive drinks like tea, coffee, drugs and cigarettes should be avoided.
It is also important to understand that the quantity you eat also matters. So, avoid eating if you are not hungry ,instead have some liquid. Calm yourself before eating to get the maximum benefit. Always try to choose a healthy alternative and keep your body well nourished.
