Food items that women must avoid !

There are no such things as "good" or "bad" foods in general; each has its spot in moderation. However, some foods are more harmful to the body than others and must also be avoided whenever relevant. There is an additional layer of medical complications to consider for women who are trying to conceive, attempting to balance their hormones, or preventing chronic disease. Some of these foods have been linked to hormone disruption, while others may increase your risk of developing a chronic illness. Basically, you'll want to stay away from these foods.

  • Alcohol: You already know that drinking while pregnant is a bad idea. However, drinking an adult beverage (or several) while trying to conceive can also cause complications.
  • White Bread: Although you may believe that white bread is a better choice than, say, a donut, both are refined carbohydrates, which your body processes as sugar.
  • Diet Soda: Do you believe that drinking diet soda is a good way to lose weight and cut calories? Consider again. It's calorie and sugar-free, but it's loaded with chemicals and scary additives.
  • Canned Vegetables: Canned vegetables make preparing dinner a breeze, but they may come at the expense of your health. Many cans contain bisphenol A, or BPA, an industrial chemical found in a variety of food and beverage containers.
  • Raw eggs: Raw eggs continue to pose risks to women, including salmonella infection. Salmonella infection causes foodborne diseases as well as illnesses such as diarrhoea, vomiting, and cramping.
  • Coffee cream: Trans fats are found in coffee cream, which is often made with trans-fatty hydrogenated oils. Coffee cream contains ingredients that are harmful to the body's health.

The foods listed above are the worst for women, particularly during pregnancy. When it comes to food, women should be very conscientious and selective. Regular intake of harmful foods causes a plethora of diseases, including death, which in turn causes diseases in the future. Before making a decision, seek advice from a physician or other health experts to safeguard yourself from future health risks.
