Ingredients required:

  1. A frozen banana
  2. Gytree's total strength and support chocolate flavored protein powder
  3. Peanut butter
  4. honey
  5. oat milk
  6. chopped nuts of choice
  7. chopped fruits of choice
  8. unsweetened cocoa powder

Procedure

  1. In a blender, add frozen bananas, protein powder, peanut butter and oat milk. Churn them all together till it make a thick yet smooth paste.
  2. Transfer the smoothie to a bowl and mix in the cocoa powder.
  3. If you like to keep it naturally sweet, avoid adding honey. But sweeter is better and a drizzle of honey won't do any bad.
  4. Adjust the consistency of the mixture by adding milk according to your preferences.
  5. Add chopped fruits and nuts of your choice.
