No one ever said that the only nutrients you will ever get will be from green and leafy veggies. Sometimes fiber and protein may look like goblets of citrus flavors, with bright colors that don't even look real and taste even more unreal! That was when I realized that I did not have to keep eating ugly-looking, bland-tasting vegetables and cereals to get a healthier life.

To some people, nutrition may only look like fibrous vegetables, seeds, and nuts which give away a lot of fiber and cereals which are mixed together to fulfill the nutritional needs but you better know that although these sources are nourishing your body from the inside, it is these fruits that bring out the inner glow. I was 5 years old when I first saw my mom putting a banana peel on her face saying it gave her skin the required Retinol and when I asked her about it she said, "if a peel could make your skin shine so much, think what wonder would the fruit do if you had it whole and raw!" Since then eating fruits has never been the same. This article will throw light on a few fruits that bring out the real skin texture and shine. Let us know more about them.
