Exercising and releasing these emotions is a good way to move forward. You might also enjoy your own company or socialize more, depending on your evolving personalities. Dr. Riddhima Shetty, an obstrician gynecologist, recommends that it is important to make sure your underwear or pants are made from cotton. It is because cotton is a very breathable fabric, there is no bacteria trapped inside, and it allows a passage of air between the fibers, which is important to prevent any infection.

  1. Mental shifts: You might feel attracted to others sexually and feel compelled to engage in romantic relationships, which is completely normal. You are experiencing your sex hormones for the first time. Honestly, there is no one way to resolve all these concerns because you will learn as life progresses. People around you, like your parents and older siblings, can take up the responsibility of educating the newbies about these changes. Puberty is already a difficult phase in any girl’s life, and menstruation can further frustrate them if they are not aware of its intricacies.
