Metabolism is a chemical process that takes place in your body and is responsible to carry out the most crucial functions in a human body which includes respiration, digestion and etc. It involves converting the calories and oxygen into energy which is essential for bodily functions. It conducts functions such as breathing, circulating blood, digestion, growing and repairing cells, managing hormone levels, and regulating body temperature.
