  1. Chia seeds: chia seeds is a great way to promote hair growth. They are rich in omega-3s, protein, and vitamin B which are extremely beneficial in preventing breakage and promoting new hair. These are also equally rich in zinc and copper which makes them a good way of reducing hair thinning and nourish them. The essential amino acids in chia seeds are also great to boost scalp health.
